Assembly

Mobex Global Workholding has rigorous testing standards for all fixtures. We use FEA on critical or questionable components. We are capable of collecting data for a specified time, pressure, or number of cycles plus a lot more. All fixtures and assemblies must pass a checklist created to ensure nothing is missed. Our customers are welcome to any of our testing data. We inspect the entire fixture assembly while some of our competitors may only inspect small portions of each fixture. Our large CMM window allows us to handle some of the very largest fixtures.
